Salta Properties was established in 1974 as an industrial developer and builder in Melbourne’s western suburbs. Since then Salta has grown to become one of Australia’s largest and most successful privately owned multi disciplinary companys involved in the development, construction and management of industrial, commercial, retail and residential properties.
With the Victoria Gardens precinct being developed in stages, Salta has maintained its interest in the Shopping Centre through a joint venture with Centro Property Management who operates and manages the retail space, while Salta’s Asset Management Group manages the adjacent commercial premises.
